Bob's Museum Trip.

Today we went to the Museum and first we had a look at the whakaako huka huka/instruments and how they sound then we got to use the putatara (i was the first one to start it) and then we made some purerehua and then we had to buddy up with someone and listen to the sounds and number them then we had a look around the museum.

  1. Hi Bob,
Sounds as if everyone in your class enjoyed, and learnt lots about the Maori instruments.I would love you to write and describe the Putatara instrument, so i could learn a little more about it.

  2. Hi Bo, it sounds like you found your trip to the museum quite fascinating and fun too! Sometimes its fun to see what instruments can be made with things around the home. And of course there's always that guitar. I bet Te Mini loves it when you play and sing for him!
